We provide media production services and digital products, which may include video, photography, consulting, and related digital deliverables.
3. Payments
We accept invoices and payment links.
Payments may be one-time or recurring depending on the agreement.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services or access.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are available within 3 business days only if no work has been performed. Once work has begun, all sales are final.
5. Cancellations & Termination
Clients must provide at least 3 days’ notice via email or written notice to cancel services or agreements.
We reserve the right to terminate access or services at our discretion if terms are violated or payments are not made.
6. Intellectual Property
All content created remains protected under:

Limited non-transferable license granted to the client for intended use only
7. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to misuse services, including but not limited to:
Illegal activity
Unauthorized distribution of content
Misrepresentation of work or services
8. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific results from marketing, content, or digital services.
9. Limitation of Liability
Peak Media Productions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services.
10. SMS Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages including transactional and marketing communications.
